Refunds

Monstees Custom Printing accepts requests for cancellation and refund by the Users only for the portion of Service not yet provided and within 7 days after payment. The fees paid are non-refundable in the event that:

  • the Service has already been provided;
  • the User had not disabled automatic renewals before the expiration date and the service has been automatically renewed for an additional billing period.
  • the user has a change of mind.
 
The owner reserves the right to replace or repair the products or services supplied before issuing a refund.
The user is covered by the Consumer guarantees and is eligible for a repair, replacement or refund if the product/service :
  • is faulty;
  • is not as described or advertised;
 

Returns

The user is obliged to return and products that are faulty for a Repair, Replacement or Refund unless explicitly authorised by the owner.

Returns for faulty items will be at the cost of the owner.

Once approved, Monstees Custom Printing will send instructions for the user to return the products.  It is the users responsibility to make sure the products are packaged securely and fit for postage.

Products returned that are used, must be clean and hygienic to handle.  Products that are returned contaminated will be charged a cleaning fee.  If the cleaning fee equals or exceeds the value of the products, the user will be issued $0 refund and the products destroyed or shipped back at the users expense.
